Dreams - Mansfield

We where greeted in store by Tina who was as friendly and welcoming on our second visit as the first,,she offered us drinks and a seat straight away. We went in store to purchase a mattress protector for our up and coming delivery. We also wanted some advice on which product would be the best for our choice of mattress. Tina was very accommodating and talked us through the different types they had available. It is so nice to walk into a shop and have such a friendly service time after time. Many thanks Tina for such a friendly, professional shopping experience it is the very first time we have used Dreams and we will definitely be back and will be recommending you to friends and family.

We were treated like true customers and nothing was too much for Holly. She was attentive and exuded competence.

Tina came over to introduce herself and inquire as to our needs. She showed us the mattress we were interested in and then explained the workings of the bed that recommends the type of mattress that would suite us. After she serve us coffee. She showed us a range of beds we might try. She left us to decide which one we liked, during this time she never pressured us and just said if we need any information she would be at her desk, this made us feel very comfortable in being able to chose the mattress we liked.She came over to see how we were getting on ,we had made our choice went across to the desk to discuss purchase explanation. Very professional service thank you.

We arrived in store and were immediately greeted by a lovely lady called Hollie, she asked us if we needed any help and mentioned the brilliant sleep match machine, but then left us with time to browse. Whilst we were browsing we were offered a hot drink (a really nice touch we thought). We were obviously looking a little lost so Hollie came over again and recommended we try the machine. This was brilliant! It instantly identified several mattresses for varying budgets, we tested each one out and made our decision... we opted for a fabulous Tempur mattress and it was delivered today! Great service by both the delivery guys and Hollie in store. Thanks Dreams 😊

Staff very friendly, when I explained we had a budget she was not judgemental nor try to push us towards a more expensive product.
