We were greeted by Tina who showed us the bed matching machine, explaining the process. She showed us the results and led us to the beds suggested. She then left us to try and offered us a drink in the meantime. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff member.

Our experience from entering the premises to finalising our order was great. Tina spent time listening to our issues with sleeping and showing us the different options and mattresses that should resolve our sleeping problems. We never felt pushed and were given time to reflect and to finalise our decision.
