Dreams - Mansfield

I dealt with Tina at the Mansfield branch and she was most accommodating and understanding of what I needed as I was purchasing for my father and mother in law who has care needs. She even got down and was measuring depths of mattresses and heights of bed frames to help me to make the right decision. Not pushy at all.

Good service and knowledgable staff.

Access and car parking very good. The display of beds and mattresses is very good as the mattresses are clearly arranged and indicated by category. The standard of service from Tina was as good as it gets, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She even made coffee for me and tea for my wife. Absolutely no pressure to buy. I am also very pleased to say that Dreams unlike many other retailers do not have all of store sales that are due to end within a day or two (only to be replaced by another sale the day after the current sale ends).

No pressure and clear with information regarding delivery etc

Help was on hand very quickly. Assistant was very knowledgeable and guided us to the right bed for us. They left us alone to try the beds out ourselves, but was attentive to when we were ready for more help.
