The reason why we bought from you was quite simply the exceptional customer service we received from the member of staff at the Mansfield branch - TINA she was exceptional and the beat example do customer service I had received in a store for sometime. I total pleasure to deal with in every way, nothing too much trouble, great communication skills face to face and over the phone. You are very lucky to have her as part of your team - excellent recruitment and training!!

The lady that served us was called Tina from your Mansfield branch we didn’t really no what bed to have and she helped us pick the perfect one

Frances was very helpful and knowledgeable - unfortunately mattress we selected was not available and there was a problem with payment transaction, however this was dealt with calmly and without further problems

When we entered we didn't quite know what we were looking for and it was a little overwhelming. Hollie was walking past serving another customer and asked if we were ok. I asked her a quick question which she answered. When she was free, she then came to find us. She got us to try the the dream bed selector and narrowed our search for a mattress which really helped. She also listened to our needs as we were looking to move our bed to the spare room and then have a new bed. She showed us some ex display items which made great sense to purchase for the spare room. And get a mattress for our Tempa bed. So whilst getting us what we wanted she saved us money which we really appreciated. We took out the extra protection as she gave us such assurance and knowledge about the products we had bought I felt comfortable spending a little more for protection. We have a delivery date in November which is perfect. Hollie was very friendly and natural. She sold without selling which is a rare gift. We felt comfortable with her and it is down to her that we made the purchase. The store was quite busy, but she still made our visit personal and we felt valued

It’s been a very long time since I’ve been into a store and given so much time and advice. The assistant went over and above to be so helpful. She was extremely helpful without being PUSHY and pestering. After helping us with advice she left us alone to choose our purchase but also made us a lovely coffee which we appreciated as we had come in from the awfull wet day. I thought we may have to look at other stores for our purchase but No WAY. After visiting Dreams we went away really pleased with our purchase and cannot wait for it to arrive. I was highly satisfied because my troubles were put at ease, Chris in the Mansfield store helped me find the bed I am most happy with after I have spent a long time searching for it previous to coming into this store. The store and colleagues were of a high quality standard and made me feel as though I had purchased from the right place. Chris spent time with me on two of my visits into the store and persevered in finding me the right bed. I then felt out of the customer service I had received and reassurance on the product I should like to go back into the store for a third time to purchase my final decision.

We weren't hassled on arrival at the store but we're kindly told about special offers that were about to be applied to certain items in case these were applicable to what we had an interest in all our needs were met before made our purchase and the sales side was very efficient and knowledgeable! We left the store feeling that all our needs had been met!!
