we went with an idea not a product and were given choices and options - not puhed down a route

Friendly knowledgeable assistant gave enough information without being intrusive. She knew when to leave us to try beds and instinctively when to come back. She answered all our questions. When we told her what we were looking for and which price range she showed a range of beds. She was not pushy and didn't try to sell us a bed but helped us chose one that was right for us. She was patient and didn't mind when we said we would come back the next day to finally decide (which we did). She remembered us and waved from a distance as we entered the store. again on second day she was perfect!

My experience of shopping at Dreams was enjoyable and effortless. The Dreams Representative that served me, Bev, was friendly without being obtrusive, extremely helpful and professional and had a vast range of knowledge about the products. Bev really seemed to care that as I was buying a house, although I didn't have an accurate budget in mind I didn't want to spend thousands and thousands. I thought she was an ideal representative and I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Dreams again and ask for her assistance. Thank you Dreams for providing excellent products and training your representatives to deal with customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

The assisstant, Rav, was extremely helpfully and knowledgable about all the products in store and allowed us time to talk to each other about what we wanted and did not give us the "hard sell". The products in store were easy to see and we were given plenty of time to try different products. There was a good variety of products to choose from and we were able to buy just what we were looking for.

the sales assistant Ravinder was polite attentive and listened to my needs. His advice was very useful and easy to understand. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend dreams to my family and colleagues.
