Gent by the name of Godfry was very warm and welcoming when we entered the shop. He was not pushy and allowed us to take a look around the shop at our own pace. Once we had looked around, we naturally gravitated to Godfry. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through all the beds that were suitable. Listened to our needs and recommended excellent products that we would never have thought of trying. This was a big purchase for us, so we asked if we could leave and look at some more shops to feel more comfortable with the purchase. He was so professional in letting us leave. We were happy to return to him an hour later after thinking about it; We trusted Godfrys judgement and recommendations. We now have an excellent bed and divan which suits our needs.

Godfrey was very knowledgable helping us to choose the beds that suited using electronic bed to measure our bodies and sleeping position. He pretty much covered all the questions I had before I even asked. Well done.

I used the test bed to find out what sort of mattress would be most suitable for me and it really helped me narrow down my choices. I didn't go for one on the list, but Godfrey, the assistant helped me find one that I wanted after hearing my responses to the ones I tried on the list. I haven't got the mattress yet, but it is very much what I was looking for. I thought it was a good idea that you can choose a pillow to try the beds with that suits your comfort. I liked the pillow so much that I bought one and I'm sleeping well on it.
