Due to the current situation the store advisor explained all the safety measures in place, spoke to us in depth about what we would like and didn’t force any products on us. We felt very satisfied with the overall service and products knowledge of Michael. Considering the stores have been closed for almost 3 months, he had not lost is products knowledge and it certainly made us feel at ease when making the purchase for our New Home! We had visits a competition previous but due to the experience in store decided to order from Dreams. We look forward to receiving our mattress in due course.

He also advised us on the beds that we could mix and match bases & headboards. He also made the new social distancing procedures easy in the store. Would shop here again

Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff made the process of selecting products very straightforward. They were also able to accommodate the very tight timeframe that I required for delivery. I will certainly recommend Dreams to anyone looking for beds (and related).
