David helped me at the store on my visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my indecisiveness! He took the time to have me sleep matched and with the results combined with his own knowledge we found the perfect mattress for me. He kept his distance at all times, and asked me to sanitise my hands at regular intervals. He also have me a cover for my pillow and laid paper on every bed before I tried it out. He also offered me a bottle of water as he couldn’t get me a tea or coffee.

Sales man ,sorry person, Michael was very helpful and not the usual pushy sales person I usually encounter when going to this type of outlet. Very knowledgable about products available. He was also well trained in all aspects of PPE.
