Godfrey was extremely helpful, explained all social distancing measures/hygiene etc in place to ensure we felt safe, and was knowledgeable about the products to help us find what we were looking for.

David helped me at the store on my visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my indecisiveness! He took the time to have me sleep matched and with the results combined with his own knowledge we found the perfect mattress for me. He kept his distance at all times, and asked me to sanitise my hands at regular intervals. He also have me a cover for my pillow and laid paper on every bed before I tried it out. He also offered me a bottle of water as he couldn’t get me a tea or coffee.
