Was with my mum who was buying the bed and mattress ,with her being set in her ways can sometimes get impatient when buying stuff but as soon as we got in felt Godfrey explained everything well and clear , his knowledge of the types of product to buy was really helpful especially as she has joint problems etc was not push because if he was a pain and pushy the type of person she is she would’ve walked out big 👍

At this time when everyone is wary about going to shops, I was immediately made to feel safe and at ease. Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well organised.

Visited Dreams L;eith Store and was met by Godfrey. He thanked us for using the sanitiser then went on to explain the distancing policy and asked us whether we wished him to were a face mask. He took us to view the produicts we were looking for and had a good knowledge of all the items. He was patient and made no attempt to rush us. Overall we got what we wanted and left to store happy.
