As soon as we enetered the store we were greeted by a friendly staff member, Godfrey, who actually assisted us all the way through the purchase. He explained us the process really detailed and made us feel comfortable, safe and looked after us really well. He took us through the sleep test, explained the results and gave us details and let us try all the recommendations but also any other option we wanted to look at. Was very professional but also very personable so we were feeling really comfortable. We never felt like we were pushed to do buy or do anything, and all the suggestion we were given were reasonable and focused on our needs specifically. Would definitely recommend it.
