On this and a previous visit to the Seafield Edinburgh shop the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, in particular Michael. I was able to spend a fairly long time trying out several mattresses. I appreciated the health and safety protocols in place. However, a few of the mattresses I tried had not been cleaned (there were hairs on them). This was a Monday morning, after presumably a busy weekend, when cleaning should have been a priority.

Was served by Godfrey. Friendly and warm welcome right from the start, explained all the new measures for social distancing and cleaning. Really helpful and knowledgeable.
