the staff were very friendly. I first visited to look at a sofabed i had seen online, but wanted to think about it, I was served by godfrey, he was very knowledgable and friendly, and also made me feel very safe with the social distancing and safety processes that were in place. On return to purchase the sofabed i was served by David,who was alsovery friendly. godfrey recognised me from my first visit and said hello and was very polite again.

I’m old fashioned and would like to have just jumped on a few other beds just for comparison, but I’m happy with the product I chose

On this and a previous visit to the Seafield Edinburgh shop the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, in particular Michael. I was able to spend a fairly long time trying out several mattresses. I appreciated the health and safety protocols in place. However, a few of the mattresses I tried had not been cleaned (there were hairs on them). This was a Monday morning, after presumably a busy weekend, when cleaning should have been a priority.
