We were assisted just the right amount to help us make a decision without feeling harassed. We also felt extremely welcome and comfortable in the store.

The staff were friendly and made sure we knew got exactly what we were after

I was welcomed into the store by a young man who introduced me to Godfrey, who was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products. I was made very comfortable and offered a coffee while processing my order.

I really liked how the manager knew what he was doing and was good at explaining things to me.

Excellent customer service from Cherelle. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for and also suggested extras such as duvet & pilows. Gave good advice in a timely manner which was great as my 3 year old was getting tired and crying!
