Hate shopping.In the store it was factual,which was good.I guided the assistant to the price range which was realistic for me and did not feel any pressure to go beyond what I could afford.

We very much liked the Dreams Simulator which helped identify the correct mattress for our conditions and needs

The staff were so nice, helpful and friendly. Product knowledge was excellent and helped us pick the correct mattress for our sleeping positions that no other store did.

We had previously been to other major bed retailers and were put off by their rather pushy sales staff. We were really only coming to use the Mattress machine to find which kind of mattress would be suitable for us. However we found the Dreams staff to be very knowledgeable, very helpful, showing us all the options that were suitable for us. We were allowed plenty of time to try mattresses, ask questions and be assisted in making a suitable choice instead of railroaded into a purchase. Thus we chose to purchase a bed & mattress from Dreams instead of looking elsewhere purely on the quality of service we received from the Dreams staff. It was probably one of the best in store shopping experiences we have had in the last 5 years.

The staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I felt that they were honest in recommending products for the right reasons, they listened to my needs and helped me buy the right mattress

I was provided with the options as our recommendation and sleep comfort. I like it so much. My son like log and the unicorn book which dreams staff gave him. :)

I visited Dreams in Leith, Edinburgh. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for but thankfully Godfrey was so helpfully and knowledgeable on the products, he was able to pick out a perfect mattress for me. The first recommendation he assured me would be hard to beat with my budget and preferences and he was spot on as if he already knew me!! The other staff were really friendly and overall made buying a mattress an enjoyable experience! Thank you

I was very welcome by the stuff. They answer all my question & provided me advise when I need. Help me to choose mattress specially for me and provide me the option for bed frame, so I was satisfied with my choice. They also explain me the problem with my neck pain and suggested also pillow change that I'm currently using and I'm very happy with.

From the time I entered the shop, I asked what I was looking for and was shown the products that is on display. With their assistance and advice, I was able to see and buy the product I wanted. We went through details, cover and delivery very clearly and efficiently. I was offered a drink and took water as preferable choice. I would recommend this shop as the staff there was very efficient and had the knowledge of the products available. 10 out of 10. Thank you.

The employee who I worked with (Leith branch, Edinburgh, red beard and Star Wars fan), was so great. He explained everything really clearly and was relaxed and good to chat too. Was very attentive for what I was after.
