My partner and me decided it was time for a new bed. We were greeted on arrival and listened to what was said about guidelines! I became very picky when it came to the mattress, David was very understanding and patient with me. Was good to have a wee laugh with my partner and David in these difficult times! Over all I was highly satisfied with the customer service, the bed frame and definitely the mattress.

The stock knowledge and honesty of Cherrelle was reassuring and great. We had anticipated visiting several retailers, but because of Cherrelle we were happy to complete our purchase on our first visit.

Cherrelle was fabulous. We had been round another store and were over whelmed by the amount of mattresses. She popped us on the bed tester, which was fun. She was really knowledgeable and super helpful throughout our visit whilst giving us time to discuss things ourselves. We pretty much loved the first mattress we tried. I would definately go back to Dreams if we get another mattress and would advise friends to go there too, and would mention Cherrelle by name to ask for advice. She really knew her stuff, was funny and all together made the whole experience far easier and fun 😊
