Lovely easy visit, didnt feel harassed, colleague know his products well, very clean store, lots of ranges available, customer service from Godfrey was 100%. I am a repeat customer as purchased new mattress 1 year ago and had great service then so we decided to return to same store for new bed frame and we weren't disappointed!!

Our sales assistant made sure we got the right mattress for us within our budget. Was knowledgable and communicated clearly. We felt safe in store and we're still happy with our experience despite the logistics of currently social distancing guidelines. We are happy with delivery time and the guarantee. We were also provided details of how to care for our mattress when it arrives.
