I was very happy with the customer service. I phoned earlier in the day to check opening times. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful & then we were met by him in the store. He was very helpful, and knew all the differences between the mattress’s in store. We chose our mattress purchased it in store & are now waiting for it. Can’t wait.

i was first served by godfrey who was very helpful and had very good knowledge of the products and my needs. we didn't purchase anything on that visit but his service made me come back after visiting other bed stores and cherrelle helped on this visit with the final purchase. they were both excellent and were the reason i bought a bed and mattress at dreams.
