Shop very busy , staff very responsive when we indicated we were ready to order.

we were satisfied due to the assistants knowledge and attitude while dealing with us. we went into the shop with an idea of what we wanted and david combined that with the information from the dream station to find us our ideal products. we went through our options and come to a decision we were happy with. He wasn't a pushy salesman and clearly knew what he as talking about. he didnt rush us and it didnt feel like he was getting us in and out of the store as fast as possible spending as much money as possible, which we loved! a good man and would recommend him to anyone. thanks

Cherrelle, at Dreams in Edinburgh, was the perfect salesperson; knowledgeable & helpful about the products but gave me space to decide with no pressure. Respectful, very efficient, friendly - best salesperson I've ever found! I'd go back to that Dreams store because of her. She made the experience of choosing and buying a sofabed and bed a pleasure.

Godfrey showed exactly the bed frames we needed and suggested relevant options. He also wasnt pushy to make a sale as well as gave us space when trying out the mattresses, which made the awkward lying down procedure actually quite enjoyable. Also the body scan machine was ace.
