Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

I called Dreams for assistance with a replacement mattress. Dreams called my records up from 2015 and were able to tell me exactly which mattress I was looking for. I ordered by phone due to quarantine and Godrey at the Seafield branch in Edinburgh was extremely helpful informative and thorough. He explained all the costs in detail and how to go about returning the old mattress. Super efficient and very nice manner.

I was very happy with the customer service. I phoned earlier in the day to check opening times. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful & then we were met by him in the store. He was very helpful, and knew all the differences between the mattress’s in store. We chose our mattress purchased it in store & are now waiting for it. Can’t wait.
