The representative who helped me,Godfrey ,was excellent and took time to understand my needs and everything about how I sleep.He was extremely professional and had a fantastic knowledge of the products.Godfrey guided me through all possibilities and listened to my needs attentively,he commented when i was not suited to a mattress which I agreed with fully. It was near to closing time but he told me to take my time,no pressure. Godfrey was very friendly in a professional manner and was easy to speak to. Godfrey is a real asset to Dreams.

I contacted the Seafield store first by phone where I spoke with David and advised what the situation was and what I needed, he was very pleasant and helpful and so I went into the store to have a look and make a decision. Both David and the other gentleman there (perhaps store manager?) were really great, it was a sensitive reason as to why we were there and needed to obtain the bed and they could not have handled it better. Very professional, helpful, friendly and kind. They made the whole experience easier to deal with. I cannot thank them both enough.
