No issues. Sales assistant was very nice and attentive. Very patient too. Happy with my purchase.

Very customer focused, friendly and knowledgable staff. We were met by Cherelle as we came into the store and Cherelle spent time to listen to our requirements and was very transparent with different offers and styles matched to what we would like. We didn't end up purchasing that day in store due to lengthy delivery times. However we saw a bed online and called back up to but through Cherelle as she had been so fantastic and so helpful when we were in store.

The store manager at Seafield was the assistant helping me and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I used the machine to find out what was best for me and after the results came he showed me several beds within the category, explained them thoroughly and gave me plenty of time and space to come to a decision. He also explained the items I could add on such as coverage and pillows etc and then gave me time to think on my own which I think was great as it makes the customer feel at ease and doesn’t make them feel under pressure. Overall the service was amazing I would highly recommend!

It was quick and easy. We didn’t know what we were looking for. But after speaking with the assistant and using the bed tech thing, we felt we could make an informed decision quite quickly.
