Our Dreams assistant David was very knowledgeable clear and precise when explaining about the beds to us, which was a great help. We were delighted with the service David gave us. We will definitely go back to Dreams for our next bed. We have already recommended Dreams to other members of the family and friends.

Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by Charelle who was very friendly. Despite just being back on the first day since lockdown she showed a great attitude and seemed very happy to be back at work. She showed great attention to detail and really thought about my needs when talking me through the different options. In addition her product knowledge was extremely extensive which was very helpful for me as she was able to give me the pros and cons of different options and additional detail about the mattresses. Charelle also made great efforts to ensure we felt comfortable by offering us water and reassuring us in that we could take as much time as we wanted. I was also impressed by how seriously everyone was taking covid in ensuring beds were constantly being sprayed down and people were maintaining social distance. Overall she made the experience very relaxing which I think is crucial considering how important the purchase of a bed is.
