Had a booking and was given great attention from David M who helped me understand the differences between mattresses , He gave me lots of time to try out some as I have a back pain issue and this mattress will be very important to my general health.

Great staff and knowledge of products

We had the diagnostic bed analysis before trying various different levels of mattress firmness. The service was friendly, polite and informative by David, who clearly knew his stuff and put us under no pressure at any point. We were very well attended to, but also allowed time to ourselves to mull over options and choices. Refreshments were offered and the arrangements for PPE seemed suitable and practical. Overall, it was a charming experience with a successful outcome. We have yet to receive the bed and mattress, so are unable to comment properly on the quality of the products. However, we are looking forward immensely to trying out the new bed in our new home next month.

It was our first time visiting dreams and we had a very pleasant experience. Godfrey was extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect bed for us, he was very patient with us and took the time to understand our needs and requirements. Was very impressed with his knowledge of the various products. Would definitely come back to him and dreams again!

The standard of product knowledge is always reliable and I’ve never had to return anything because , with the assistance of staff, I get the correct product.
