I was assisted by a lovely gentleman who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt looked after and was given advice about what type of mattress would suit myself and my partner. I left the store with exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. The man who helped me couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. I just wish I’d caught his name!

When we visited the Edinburgh leith store Godfrey was attentive from the minute we walked in the door . His customer service was absolutely fantastic. And his product knowledge was amazing . Was offered a drink and all covid guidlines were adhered to . Overall visit was brilliant . So happy with our purchase ... made are our support and comfort were spot on . Thank you Godfrey

Our mattress has been delivered this morning and the experience has been fantastic. The delivery drivers were friendly, punctual and very, very efficient. Dreams at Seafield Road Edinburgh have the most amazing staff , who can't do enough for you , ( particularly Cherell ) she is product knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for her , I have already purchased the most Amazing Adj Bed and Tempur mattress from her and now back again to purchase my son a new bed ! We were promptly approached when we entered the store by David M, he asked what we needed help with without coming on to strong or making us feel pressured. He listed to what we wanted, and when the specific product wasn’t available he was extremely helpful in helping us find a suitable alternative. David was extremely chatty and friendly, as well as having an incredible knowledge about the products, he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable without putting any pressure on us.

The sales assistant was very helpful throughout the shopping trip and as an added bonus we were able to take the mattress home on the day. The mattress itself is proving to be excellent.
