We were met at the door by Cherrelle, who was very friendly and professional. She explained the bed buying process, and was patient in answering our questions. She gave us time to consider different mattresses, while giving us helpful advice that shaped our purchase. She was able to accommodate our late move-in date, and made the entire bed purchasing process a pleasure.

The staff (Godfrey in particular) were very helpful and accommodating. On our initial visit they took the time to assist us and get to know what it was we were looking for. He was very knowledgable regarding the products. This was all towards the end of the working day when it would have been very easy for him to just try and get us out as soon as possible so he could finish on time. I felt as though he went above and beyond to accommodate us which was refreshing.

The sales assistant, Godfrey, was extremely friendly and struck a good balance between selling and giving us opportunities opportunities have space and discuss. He was very helpful and not in any way pushy. He listened to us in terms of price and didn't waste our time showing products in an attempt to upsell.
