WOW!! Where to start, walked in the shop and was greeted by a guy call Godfrey who could not have been more helpful and patience with us 😊explained what me and my wife was looking for, we went on the dream machine and Godfrey showed us what we had matched with, now me and wife are very particular about what we want and what we like, while at the store we had to nip off and do something after Godfrey had spent probably the best part of 30 minutes with us but Godfrey was very understanding and we appreciated that as most sales people can get very pushy, but we done what we had to do and went back and spoke to Godfrey and had another look round to make sure we were making the right decision, Godfrey was amazing gave us our space and was there to answer any questions we had, so we placed the order, we were really surprised at the turn around time and when the 2 guys came with the new bed they were very polite and cheery so all outstanding service from start to finish and also a big thank you to Godfrey at your seafield branch in Edinburgh ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING 👍🏻

Our first visit to dreams & wasn’t sure what to expect, we were given a lot of alternatives with the product we required, until we selected the one we wanted, highly satisfied.

David m really new his job great guy to deal with

Cherelle was just lovely so helpful and explained all options! The sleep mattress thing was amazing!

I was impressed by the availability and friendliness of David. He spent time with me looking at options for the products that I was looking for, guiding me in finding the best solution. He was also very helpful in placing the order for me making sure everything was right. I also enjoyed the sleep test (can’t remember what is called) to find the right mattress for my needs… hopefully the mattress will meet the expectations!

We were greeted at the door and offered bottled water, we used the machine to recommend mattresses and the sales assistant Cherrelle (162) was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I came with my elderly mother who was looking for a new mattress. We were greeted as a we came in and explained that we were looking to replace a mattress bought there previously. I explained the level of the previous mattress and the gentleman (David M) offered to take some details to check which mattress we had bought last time and from that he was able to take us to a few similar mattresses which meant we did not have to wander around looking. He gave us some PPE and my mother was able to lie on the 2 mattresses she was interested in. He then said he would leave us to it which I appreciated as my mother is very self conscious as she is partially sighted and hard of hearing and this meant she was more comfortable and not rushing her decision. He suggested that my mother lie on the bed for a good 5 minutes and as she would normally in bed to test it. The other thing that really helped was the lift in the store because this gave her a better opportunity to try them 2 or 3 times each. We went back to David M to buy the one she wanted and it was easy and straightforward. David was relaxed and turned the screen towards my mother so she could see given the problems the masks create

Both the staff members were helpful and attentive , but also didn’t linger too much or make me feel pressured . It was a really great balance . I was fairly indecisive and the staff were just very patient which made the process less stressful .
