We placed our order in-store. Everything was explained to us and we were happy. When we got home we read a little more about the products we bought and noticed that delivery was free for online orders while we've paid £39. We believe our salesman Godfrey (who was otherwise excellent) should have made us aware of the online price and allowed us to decide whether to order our products online instead. We feel we were mislead intentionally and that your prices should be transparent, particularly when we're spending over £1100. Also, £39 is not very competitive, given that other retailers like M&S are offering free delivery. We'd also add that the mattress recycling cost (£39.99) is not particularly competitive either - again, given that M&S are doing this for £25. But it's the misleading delivery price that annoys us most.

We found the service very good however felt that the price of delivery was too high for the amount of money spent in the store, particularly when you cannot choose a time for delivery.

Saleswoman felt extremely pushy for me to spend more money after I had already chosen to break my budget, made us feel uncomfortable with saying no which is no good thing in sales as the customer service dropped due to awkwardness around money. She started off brilliantly but after finding I'd be spending more on my bed I felt like she was more interested in taking my money than giving me good customer service. Was also dissatisfied at the length of time I had to wait for my bed. Besides that, I love my bed and pillows so much and had a positive experience all round.

The Ventura frame I purchased had no instruction in the kit. There were no screws or bolts with the kit.there was no Allan Key with the kit. This resulted in a long trip back to get it sorted. I need more bed. I was disappointed. However, the staff were faultless and tried very hard to solve the problem. They were very helpful and concerned. I do need a couple more beds. I have not yet decided where to go.

I felt that the prices were high. I will find out over the course of the coming years whether I have bought quality to match the high price

The fact that a bed which I purchased went on sale the very next day after I placed my order. You loose confidence shopping with Dreams as you never know the real value ofd the product and you don't know when your product is going to get cheaper. Irregular sales are not a good way of encouraging customers to spend money in your store as they simply indicate that items you sale are not worth what you're asking customers to pay.

The delivery availability is one of the main things letting it down. We looked online and from what we could see it would take 5-14 days or so for delivery, but it's going to be 17 days till delivery, which is quite a wait. The bed we went to buy was not actually available in any store but it doesn't state this on the website. I think it's quite important to see these kind of products in person, but I appreciate that there not endless space in store.

I felt pressurised into making a purchase. It was only supposed to be a reconnaissance trip as I hadn't done much research elsewhere and when spending this much money I prefer to feel happy with the decision I'm making by feeling that I've looked at various options.

I am having to wait a week for delivery, having a really sore back at the moment I was hoping for a quicker delivery.
