A very highly great experience from start to finish David’s knowledge about the products was very impressive as well as also being very professional really enjoyed the computer bed that adjusted to my body never experienced that anywhere before I will definitely be back when I need a new mattress in the future👍👍

We were welcomed by Cherelle. She was very friendly, told us where to find different type of bed in the shop. She made us try the Sleepmatch experience and helped us find our perfect mattress. She was very helpful and made us feel special.

What I was looking for there were a few beds to consider. The service I was given by Godfrey was second to none. He knew what he was talking about and that made a huge difference to me.

We were helped with everything by David the store manager. He was amazingly helpful and attentive. All products were of a great quality and we never felt like we were being pushed into making a choice.

The customer service was excellent. Godfrey was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the products and were very happy with our purchases. We would return for future beds.

The representative (DAVIDM) was extremely pleasant, had knowledge of his subject, readily understood our needs and budget and was able to narrow down our search and introduce us to relevant products

From the start of the visit staff member really helpful and understanding our needs and requirements, David the staff member really experienced in his line of work.

David who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bed we wanted. He was not pressuring us into buying something we didn’t want and made the experience joyful instead of stressful

Cherrelle took a lot of time to go into the relevant details around the products i was looking at and managed to find the best deal the suited me. I asked a lot of questions because i did spend a lot of money and she knew everything i needed to know and i left feeling satisfied.

WOW!! Where to start, walked in the shop and was greeted by a guy call Godfrey who could not have been more helpful and patience with us 😊explained what me and my wife was looking for, we went on the dream machine and Godfrey showed us what we had matched with, now me and wife are very particular about what we want and what we like, while at the store we had to nip off and do something after Godfrey had spent probably the best part of 30 minutes with us but Godfrey was very understanding and we appreciated that as most sales people can get very pushy, but we done what we had to do and went back and spoke to Godfrey and had another look round to make sure we were making the right decision, Godfrey was amazing gave us our space and was there to answer any questions we had, so we placed the order, we were really surprised at the turn around time and when the 2 guys came with the new bed they were very polite and cheery so all outstanding service from start to finish and also a big thank you to Godfrey at your seafield branch in Edinburgh ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING 👍🏻
