I never give 100%. There is always room for improvement.

No matter how good the store or its personnel are I always believe there is further room for improvement, I never score anything top marks as it is a matter of principal. The staff in the store could not have been more helpful and pleasant.

only the 1 month wait for the product everythat else was great.

I was after a specific product and they couldn't give it to me within normal deadlines, on the other hand I was offered an alternative which I decided to take

Product not being delivered for another month but happy to wait given value of products

No particular reason.

1. Unable to accommodate a finance scheme although the price of product bought was GBP 900 as I didn't have an address history more than 3 years.

i would like to make clear from the outset Pedro (Edinburgh Seafield Road Branch) was EXCELLENT and understood what we wanted, advised appropriatly and was helpful etc. However store manager John was not only rude, unhelpful and abrupt to me and my wife but rude and more so to Pedro in front of me and other clients. Sadly this is the second visit and second time John has been a problem last time being extremely rude to us and giving us false / poor information and we only returned as the specific product we needed was available. if it could be found elsewhere we would not have come back

We were looking for a specific bed frame which was no longer stocked so we have not seen the product before delivery

I would rather have had more of a choice on the bed frame. The product we chose only had a few options.
