The first salesperson did not provide the assistance/advice we were looking for - we almost left before the 2nd salesperson (John) provided the desired advice.

I would have been extremely happy to give highly satisfied for many of the questions but unfortunately the bed frame that I had purchased anyway I would have loved to see it in all of its glory in store but unfortunately couldn't but the salesperson couldn't have been more accommodating. I left the store very happy and now look forward to my new bed arriving.

It took some time to complete the paperwork for the purchase which I was not expecting. I also think it is not necessary to provide a landline as most people have mobiles nowadays and customers should be able to receive both a paper & email receipt if they wish.

We are satisfied with our overall customer experience. But within a week later price for mattress were dropped by 20 % and as we bought bed frame as well , there was deal on extra 20% of bed frame if you buy mattress with it . So we felt we could have saved almost £ 80- 90 a week after . We did our shopping on bank holiday weekend , hopping for best deals . But that was not the case.

thought the 4 week delivery timescale was a bit much, was told it would be delivered quickly, but didn't expect the 4 week timescale

Some confusing extras added on at the end, always left to the last minute explain just as your playing. Ie warranty £62 and collection of old bed £32 and also extra fee to chose and am or pm delivery slot £10.
