Apparently my credit score wasn’t high enough for a contract, however on returning home and checking it myself it rated 934 out of 999, strange not sure why your check was different.

The service I received was excellent, friendliness, knowledge was all great. I just wish I was able to get the mattress earlier. Most companies deliver within a week but the earliest delivery date is 3 weeks away

I would have preferred a sooner delivery date. In addition I didn’t like the range of bed frames available (I did purchase a mattress and pillows).

Quite a new sales guy Simon was lovely, but his colleague Geoffrey seemed very abrupt when showing him how to do things on the computer. Maybe cause he had other customers to serve at the moment. Just felt quite awkward the way he spoke with Simon and us.

I think the sales staff did everything to help us find the correct mattress but highly satisfied is an exceptional score.

I was really happy with the service provided by the stuff that day, however the time to wait for the bed to arrive was 5-6 weeks which seems to be a very long time to me. Also, the bed that I purchased wasn't available to see at the store, which was okay but would be nice to see it as it is completely different from the ones available. We'll see it soon, once it arrives, but also shame that I don't know the day of the delivery as they were only able to give me a time frame roughly. The stuff gave me a satisfactory explanation why it would take soo long and why they cannot give me a specific day of delivery, which convinced me to purchase the bed at the end.
