Service was good but when we were ready to place the order, our assistant was serving someone else. When looking to set up finance, our assistant was unable to do so and we needed to wait again for someone else to help.

Shop was quite busy, waited for assistance, although this was understandable. I would have appreciated a little more information about why the large price differential between some mattresses but overall a good experience.

There was not a lot of variety with the mattresses I was looking for. Same goes for pillows as I was looking for some but was not able to find one that suited my needs. I was looking for a pillow that offers neck support but that was not available at the store. Neither was there a pillow that was the perfect balance between softness and firmness.

I always think there is room dir improvement. In this instance I was satisfied with the service but not wowed.

I was very satisfied . Geoffrey was very knowledgeable and helpful. The problems were with the system not working properly to do the payment .this was not the staffs fault though.

Not really an issue for us as it gave us time to discuss and consider exactly what we wanted/needed but the store was busy when we attended and there was only two Dream employees on duty that day and there was a minor delay. I must add however that the employee who attended to us did so diligently and professionally and apologised for any inconvenience to us but as said this was not an issue.

I am highly pleased with my visit to the store; the one thing I was not expecting was to wait 8-10 weeks for the delivery.
