I really enjoyed my visit to the shop. Godfrey was really approachable and knowledgeable. He made me used the machine to help me select the right mattress for me and also allowed me to try any mattress I wanted. As the machine result was not 100% in line with what I was looking for he suggested an alternative that was actually perfect for me and I ended up buying. I would definitely come back to buy a new bed in the future or recommend the shop to friends.

Cherrelle was brilliant from the moment we stepped in the shop.. very friendly, attentive, took time to explain all about the mattresses and our headboard and base options... gave us plenty time to try out the recommended mattresses and made sure we were happy with out decision

Godfrey, the employee who helped us through the process of purchasing a new bed, was outstanding in his customer service. Welcoming us immediately as we entered the store. He was friendly, kind and patient (as I do like to ask a lot of questions) and felt like all my questions were answered well and I never felt rushed into a purchase. Godfrey’s knowledge of the products available and what would suit me and my wife was amazing, and I believe we found the best bed for us. COVID related health and safety measures were clearly explained and adhered to at all times, and the overall cleanliness of the store was spotless. I really appreciate the time spent to help us find our new bed and mattress, and I can’t wait for it to arrive!

David M I think , red beard and from Inverness , was extremely knowledgable , professional and efficient . I ordered my mattress . The only issue was the sofa beds I was looking at were out of stock . He was very helpful and clear in communication.

Friendly service, very knowledgeable. Took time to understand our needs. Showed us a variety of products and discussed the pros and cons of them all.

Godfrey was a good assistant at the store and looked after us. Offered us great hospitality and water to drink as it was a hot day. Also showed us products in great detail and told us full information as we needed secure beds with storage.
