We received excellent customer service, he had a good knowledge of the products available and we received good value for money on the products we purchased.

Expected to have difficulty finding a mattress that would be within our budget but would be of good quality and value. Ended up buying two. One for the new bed we were purchasing and one for our guest bed.

The advisor Godfrey was helpful, not too pushy in sales, welcoming in offering drinks and very helpful in advice.

Friendliness of staff, terms and conditions were clearly explained. Didn't feel preassured to make an immediate decision

We felt this was a comfortable shopping experience and didn't once feel pressured to make a purchase...hence to why we returned the following day spending over £1000! Clare was absolutely brilliant. She was so knowledgeable and gave us the opportunity to try many different options that she thought might suit us, with no pressure to go down any particular route. Her product knowledge was really good, and she had a very nice, helpful and friendly manner combined with being extremely professional.

We visited the store on a few occasions as my daughter could not decide what furniture she wanted. Assistant was very friendly and helpful but also gave us time to look around ourselves. She advised us on mattress types too.

The salesman (Chris) at the Seafield branch Edinburgh was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was attentive but not pushy. We appreciated the soft approach to the sale as we knew what we wanted and he gave us the space to look carefully at all options unobtrusively while being constantly available to answer questions. The products were of the quality we required and the delivery etc arrangements were acceptable. Chris carefully pointed out all the arrangements in detail and explained fully the conditions of the sale. Given the obtrusive and aggressive sales approach we have experienced with numerous retailers of late, it was a pleasure to do business with Dreams Seafield. We highly commend Chris's knowledgeable and effective approach to selling, on this occasion.
