The sales assistant that dealt with me was polite, knowledgeable about your products and explained everything clearly. This gave me confidence in the product I was purchasing. Overall it was a good experience and I'd definitely return to Dreams.

Product totally met our requirements. The service provided by the member of staff was helpful in finalizing our choice of mattresses and headboard.We were also pleased with all the other discounted items on offer to go with the bed.

Colleague was excellent in all aspects of service : courteous, knowlegable about products and very pleasant.Only small problem was we had to wait some time for a terminal to become available- this was not colleagues fault.

He gave us a full range of options that were available, from mattresses to pillows which he offered in a very supportive manner without any pressure. There was no hard selling and the assistant Claire know all about the different mattress. She let us buy what we wanted rather than try to sell us something more expensive.
