Friendly staff in the store they answer any of your questions and run through everything with u to the bed itself to the order and delivery

I was recognised by your store assistant Godfrey when I walked into your store as I purchased a bed from him before. This was very encouraging as it makes your shopping experience a personal one '(your not just a number ). This time I was given a thorough explanation of the beds and my budget. Totally recommend you guys.

We very satisfied with the service that I received in the shop Dreams at Seafield Edinburgh and the assistant who helped was Godfrey and he was very knowledgeable and helpful about the beds that we were interested in. I did answer your question about how satisfied were we with the product having had delivery yet I did answer highly satisfied which I am sure we will be if you service is anything to go buy.

The employee who helped us was knowledgeable, polite, petient and attentive. He seemed to understand our needs and helped us find the right product. He also provided coffee.

Christopher was very helpful after I explained the difficulties with my present bed and mattress. He talked me through the benefits of the products he was suggesting and helped with the colour scheme.
