We were greated on entry to the store by Clare and she listened to our needs, walked around with us and gave advice on products, not to mention fetching us lovely pillows. She was friendly and helpful throughout.

The member of staff who helped us with our purchase made us feel very special. He spent time with us and helped us find the right products to meet our needs

The staff at the Edinburgh leith branch were lovely. This was my second visit and I could tell that the staff were passionate about their job. Clare served us this time and was excellent but noticeably another young man served my partner and I the previous time. He was still as congenial when we came back. Everyone was very patient and personable while helping us make a big decision
