The assistant Godfrey in the store was extremely helpfulwithout being intrusive. His knowledge of the products was most helpful in making our decision to makethe purchases we did.

Our sales assistant, Godfrey, was great. He understood that we had limited time, an idea of what we wanted and that we wanted to be making decisions quickly. Godfrey asked us the right questions to establish which matresses were best for us and on showing us three web return to store the following week to buy one (plus the amazing pillows that we sampled). We were given time and space to discuss our preferences with no pressure at any point. the purchase and post purchase communication was excellent. I have had the best nights sleep!
