We were able to browse the products in our own time and ask questions as required.

From when we first entered the store to the day the mattress was delivered, Clare went above and beyond to help us make the right decision. There was no pressure, just good, solid advice. The delivery team of Alec, Sean and Jordan were troupers bringing the mattress up to the flat and putting it in the right room (they even took their shoes off before going on the carpet!) Since sleeping on the mattress both my partner and I have had the BEST nights sleep we've ever had. All my back problems have disappeared, seriously! I really couldn't be any more grateful to Clare at Dreams. If I'd known it would have been as easy as this and that it would make such a difference, I'd have done it years ago. See you all when it's time to replace it!

The person that great us when we walked in the store was Godfrey. He was very polite and very helpful. The level of his knowledge on the products and available deals was very good and that helped us decide.He also made us quite confident that we could buy all we needed from the store.
