We looked up on the website which beds we would be interested in, so, as soon as we entered the store, we were half way there, on the idea of what we wanted. We both hate spending too much time in stores, so we were very pleased and impressed at the way we were dealt with, by Steve. He was extremely informative, product wise, even gave us a lovely cup of tea. We highly recommend him, re his customer service , and, as soon as we are settled in our new place, we shall be back to view bedroom furniture , probably in a couple of months time.

The sales assistant Godfrey and Manager Steve were both very helpful , explaining Benefits and help us choose suitable bed.

I was nervous on arrival but was greeted nicely and made to feel at ease. Clare gave us time and seemed to know when to approach and offer assistance.
