We were particularly pleased with the assistance provided by the staff. Godfrey spent time understanding our needs and provided us with useful information. He also encouraged us to try a range of products to broaden our search. Despite the attentive service we did not feel pressured, and were given space and time to make decisions.

We had looked at several bed shops on the day of our purchase and the sales assistance at the stores helped us find exactly what we were looking for without pressurising us to buy.

The whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant as we had assistance directing us to the correct mattresses.The assistant asked our needs and then fulfilled the requirements and explained why each mattress was different.His product knowledge was fantastic and he obviously enjoys his job.
