Staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. They didn't give the hard sell and gave us time to think through our purchase decisions. When required they helped throughout the buying process

Godfrey helped my husband and I again in finding the right bed for us. It was nice that he remembered us from the previous purchase. He was as helpful as ever in providing sizes and costs of beds we liked and recommending which mattresses suited our budget. Although we experienced some problems with the quality of a previous bed we purchased, we could not fault Dreams and Godfrey in rectifying this issue quickly and to our satisfaction. Because of the service we have received in the past we will always go to Dreams when looking to purchase new beds.

Discount. I spent a long time deciding and did not feel like I was ever pushed into sale. Sales woman had great product knowledge. Managed to obtain everything in 1 trip. Very quick delivery.

Clare was really helpful and knowledgeable.She showed me all the beds of the type I was looking for.There was no problem about me wanting to think about it overnight. (I wanted to go home and measure the base height of my own bed and my daughters to work out if the height of new bed would be fine for me). I bought a new mattress 2 months ago, from another shop, not thinking I needed a new bed then decided I did need a new bed! I wish I had known about Dreams then as I would have got better advice. I am sure Clare would have suggested a new bed at the time if I had!! I am also pleased to get interest free credit.

Excellent customer service by Godfrey who should be a store manager if he isn't already.

The salesman wasn't too pushy and took time to show us various mattresses. He then left us alone to discuss it rather than hovering around - it was the perfect balance.

The sales person who assisted us was very helpful explaining the different types of mattress, and showing us the various options. Was attentive without being pushy.

The chap was very helpful and knowledgeable, but most of all listened to my son's need in a bed! Made am outing to buy a mattress easy! Then past us on to a clerk to process our order, again very helpful on her knowledge of duvets (which I proceeded to purchase). Explained delivery and administration clear as day! Overall a highly successful outing! Thank you. I'd purchased a king size mattress a few years ago and found the same experience, hence my return.
