Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

The showroom was spacious and displayed a big variety of options, making our choice of beds straightforward. Chris, the salesman was extremely courteous and helpful. We did not feel at all pressurised to purchase. Everything we needed to know was very well explained by him. We purchased 2 beds and some pillows and bedding. A very pleasant shopping experience.

I went to 2 Dreams stores and upon entering was always told how the store works and how to find what I was looking for (mattress) using the colour coding. Very helpful.

The whole staff were friendly and helpful but did not "hover" or keep pestering us, at the same time were their when we needed to ask a question then disappear again. When we found what we thought we were looking for Clair was Very patient and grasped what we were looking for quickly and with a few helpful nudges we ended up with a better deal. Her knowledge of your products is extensive. We are very happy with our purchase and will shop there again.

Range of goods and efficiency of staff.

This is the second time we have purchased a product from Dreams. The sales assistant was extremly helpfully and very knowledgeable with regards to the products that we where inquiring about. I would certainly recommend this store.

Godfrey looked after us exceptionally well. He understood our needs, he listened to what we were saying...he provided the information we needed in a timely and efficient manner. He was polite, friendly and efficient. Whilst we encountered similar products and prices in other stores we returned to Dreams because of his salesmanship and personality.

We needed 2 new beds very urgently and to be delivered as soon as possible as we are time restricted. The sales assistant, Godfrey (Seafield road store, Edinburgh) was absolutely remarkable with his assistance. His product knowledge was excellent and helped us find the right beds for us very quickly. He also did his absolute best to ensure they could be delivered to us at a suitable date. Very happy with our purchase and value for money is excellent. Thankyou !

It was my first visit to Dreams and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier. Their knowledge of the products available led to us picking the exact bed and mattress for our needs. They were happy for us to spend time looking at all the different mattresses and beds and even trying them out and were in no way pressuring us to make a purchase. We have now had the bed for 4 nights and are very pleased with it.
