Clare offered friendly advice. She quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and gave us 3 mattresses to try. Her excellent customer service advice helped us to quickly come to a decision as to what type of slats we wanted for our bed frame- explaining the pros and cons in relation to our needs. Delivery was free and available for the following work. She served us in a reassuring manner and made us aware of the 'add-ons' (pillows, bedding, guarantees etc), again in a knowledgable and non-pushy manner.

Ease of access; good customer engagement; attractive big store easy to walk around; simple shopping experience and I got what I came for.

Assistant had patience with us as my husband was in a wheel chair so it took us longer to get him to try out a few beds and pick a headboard, he was very happy he was able to try them out and can't wait to get them.

Clare was very professional but also honest.
