The salesperson gave in depth information and advice about the products, spending time answer all our questions. A nice spacious showroom to walk round and inspect the products.

We were given help to change our mattress, they made it as easy and no fuss.

Store manager Steve looked after us very well. Showed us numerous bed styles and types. Processed the order quickly.

Staff knew the products and were not trying to sell!

The sale assistant was very friendly and helping, he has good knowledge of products and understanding of what we were looking for.

Spoke to Kasin who was covering in the Seafield store from the Dunfermline Store on the Sunday who was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable was able to answer any questions we had. We returned on the following Saturday just before closing and Steve put our order through again very friendly and helpful. The great price of the products we ordered and the colleagues very helpful and friendly attitude in store meant we were highly satisfied and will definitely return to Dreams again in the future.

This is my third visit to Dreams Seafield for mattresses, the lady that served me was very helpful and her assistance loaded into my car.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Godfrey in your sea field store. He took a lot of time explaining the products, he did not put pressure on me to get a sale. His product knowledge was excellent.

It was nixe to browse before being asked for any help. The sales man was helpful, informative but not pushy. He was friendly and chatted while the purchase was being made.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good range of products. Didn't feel rushed into buying anything. Offered lots of different add ons to suit our needs.
