He listened to everything I enquired about, took all on board and I didn't feel rushed. Think I found the perfect bed!

The sales adviser was friendly and very helpful without being pushy about making a sale. He encouraged us to spend as long as we wanted to choose a mattress and gave us time to do so.

Staff were very welcoming, not pushy, informative and knowledgeable of products and extremely helpful with a pleasant manner. The price of the products were less than I had anticipated and the quality was more as was the choice of finishes. I'm normally a John Lewis shopper as I find them very knowledgeable of products but I would return to Dreams first when considering a purchase of another bed and/or mattress.

The person who assisted me (Stephen) was very knowledgeable and took time to understand my buying needs. Informal but informative.

Steves service was fantastic. He was very friendly and knowledgable finding the perfect mattress we were looking for. I am extremely happy with my mattress and will be returning back to dreams based on my experience.

The salesman was very friendly and attentive. I think his name was Godfrey (edinburgh shop). He spent time asking us what we needed and advised appropriately on whzt mattresses would meet those needs. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

The overall experience in purchasing a new mattress and spending alot of money was highly satisfied as the quality of goods is exceptional. Godfrey the sales person was very knowledgeable but gave us time to look around the store. He was not crowding us or trying to influence which we liked. Very pleasant person to deal with.
