Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

We were served by the store manager Steve of edinburgh seafeild branch, who was extremely helpful and very kind when both of my young children were running about mad, giving my youngest some paper and pen to keep her occupied also when I mentioned I was cold here put the heating up for me which he didn't have to do. Steve gave us time on our own to look and think and was right there when we had questions which he was very happy to answer being very patient with us during our decision.

Everything was clearly explained by David and the price was good. The processing was done in no time. All very good.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, offered and made me a cup of tea, very accommodating and definitely did not feel like we were getting the hard sell or being forced to spend a huge amount of money. Like the system of colours for the different types of mattress available - not what I expected but I feel I learned a lot about the differences between them.

I am a returning customer to this store and knew what I wanted having discussed this with the staff on an earlier visit. The purchase transaction was seamless and the staff were as helpful as every other time I have dealt with them. I would definitely recommend the Edinburgh Seafield store to others.

We were extremely impressed with the information supplied to us on arrival detailing the different colour coding on the mattresses. this helped us eliminate choices. The member of staff that dealt with us was extremely courteous and helpful

Very good customer service when we went to the shop. No pushy sales, but accommodating and honest advice.

The store manager who served me took the time to understand my requirements in the purchase. He was not pushy for sales and encouraged me to find the product which suited my weak back rather than pushing me towards a premium product. I felt like I was listened to and not pressurised. It was probably the lack of sales 'push' that made me purchase the mattress there and then.

Chris made the whole process very simple and was very informative and helpful throughout.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff member, understood my needs and advised the best product from a value for money perspective, just what I was looking for. Offered tea/coffee which is nice and doesn't happen often.
