John was the one who helped us to find our perfect mattress. He was really helpful and professional he let us the time to have a look and try the mattresses and then come to help us when needed. Thank you we will come back for a new bed !

Godfrey was very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and helpful during the whole process. We actually enjoyed the experience we had been dreading. We also bought all bedding that we needed as he explained thread counts, togs, discussed pillows and our needs etc

Godrey knew when to approachand when to let us be. He was polite attentive informative and friendly. He was very much into the products. Like its his life. The store was well organized with a lot of choice and color coding for bed types and styles. They also gave us refreshments and let me use their bathroom. Which was nice.

Godfrey the sales assistant was excellent - there when we need him, and not when we didn't. Highly competent and knowledgeable. An exemplary sales person.
