David was great and talked us through everything. The process didn't take long and I can't wait to receive the bed tomorrow. Only niggle would be the price for the mattress and old bed frame to be uplifted. £38 to remove a mattress is a lot of money.

Both assistants that we dealt with on our visit were extremely knowledgeable and gave us the space to make a decision. At no time were either of them pushy to make a sale but were more concerned that we got the mattress we were looking for. We visited twice before buying and each time the assistants were incredibly polite and helpful.

From entering the store we were given a friendly but non intrusive welcome; when we were ready to ask for assistance, there was someone (Pedro) on hand to do so, even although the store was busy. Pedro was fully informed on the products and helpful for my specific requirements. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, friendly and we felt like valued customers by all staff we came into contact with.

pedro had extensive knowledge of all items in store, he made us feel comfortable and under no pressure at all he had patience and understanding of our needs, he was courteous and extremely helpful, we tried other stores for what we wanted and the service and knowledge was very poor to that at dreams.

I was greeted on entering but was given time to browse without a sales person hovering about. Once I had chosen bedroom furniture, David thoroughly explained the 'pros and cons' of the various types of mattress which was very helpful. It was an enjoyable visit.

Pedro our assistant was extremely knowledable about the products. He assisted us in making our choice explaining the difference between the varoius matresses and how they operated. We felt he listened to our requirements and matched the matress to our specification. We were extremely happy with how he took time to assit us we would definately shop here again.

Very satisfied with our visit and purchase Pedro was very attentive and was completely understanding to our needs . And we were able to take our parchase home that evening
